Barcelona wants Azpilicueta

Chelsea are already facing a nightmare transfer window at the minute, with their side struggling to buy players, and seeing their major target of the summer, Romelu Lukaku fall through, and now it seems they may even struggle to keep hold of one of their best players.

Cesar Azpilicueta is a fan, manager and media favourite, with brilliant performances since he joined the club, and now it seems Barcelona have identified them as their priority target, with Ernesto Valverde a huge fan of the defender according to Marca.

No Bellerin

One player who Barcelona have turned their attentions away from is Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin, after feeling Azpilicueta could be a better option – and that Arsenal would try and price them out of any move for the Spaniard.

Barcelona need a right back they feel can fit in with their squad, and it seems that since the departure of Dani Alves, they’ve struggled there, and it’s been an area the fans have constantly pointed out needs to be improved – and now they could be about to at Chelsea’s expense.
